at the behest
of a luscious ponytail
i say my morning prayers
while they're still hot
i can smell her
rinse yesterdays coffee
from the french press
down the garbage disposal
limbs are limber
pop me an eggo
make it a double
there's a whole world
of undesignated arousal
there's kisses in the dish doing
on the neck
from behind
unbrushed mouths
hot languid breath
dank summer breath
can't fathom the winter
green breath
lips walk the water of skin
but no one makes
a big fuss of it
there are temptations
there is a passion
a regular clocksure lust
a death
an erection
